
First I mix vinegar and broth in a ratio of 1: 2 with the permitted herbs you like. As broth I use the "Hippokrates soup". As herbs I love garlic, onions and parsley, but even you can try it with majoram or coriander. The finished sauce , I mix with the cooked and sliced potatoes.
